Welcome to KRed Cards LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or participating in any live card breaks hosted by KRed Cards LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using our services, purchasing break spots, or interacting with our content on platforms such as TikTok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
  2. Nature of Services
    KRed Cards LLC provides sports card breaking services and the sale of sealed sports card products. Participation in a card break constitutes the purchase of a collectible allocation (team, player, or assigned slot) within a live opening event.

    All breaks are conducted for entertainment and collectible purposes only.

  3. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
    All sports card products opened during breaks are sealed and randomly distributed by the manufacturer.

    KRed Cards LLC does not guarantee:

    • Specific players
    • Specific cards
    • Autographs, rare cards, or “hits”

    By purchasing a break spot, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variability of card distribution.

  4. Purchase Terms & Final Sale Policy
    All sales are final. Once a break spot or product is purchased:
    • Orders cannot be canceled
    • Refunds will not be issued
    • Transfers are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion

    Break spots represent a service and participation in a live event.

  5. Shipping Policy
    All cards pulled from your assigned team or slot will be shipped unless otherwise clearly stated prior to the break.
    • Shipping timelines may vary based on volume and scheduling
    • KRed Cards LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

    Once items are transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  6. Product Condition Disclaimer
    Card condition is determined solely by the manufacturer. KRed Cards LLC is not responsible for:
    • Print lines
    • Surface scratches
    • Centering issues
    • Any other manufacturer defects

    We handle all products and cards with care during breaks and packaging.

  7. Live Break Conduct & Transparency
    All breaks are conducted live to ensure transparency. By participating, you agree:
    • All cards shown on stream are final
    • Video recordings may be used for verification purposes
    • KRed Cards LLC reserves the right to resolve disputes based on recorded footage
  8. Platform Compliance (TikTok & E-Commerce)
    KRed Cards LLC operates in compliance with applicable platform policies and e-commerce standards.
    • Breaks are not gambling or games of chance
    • No cash prizes or financial returns are offered
    • Purchases are for collectible items and entertainment purposes only
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRed Cards LLC shall not be liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Losses related to product outcomes or perceived value
    • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

    Participation is at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

  10. Refusal of Service
    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit participation at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
    • Suspected fraud
    • Abuse or misconduct during live streams
    • Violations of these Terms
