Break Rules – KRed Cards LLC

These Break Rules apply to all live breaks conducted by KRed Cards LLC and are in addition to the Terms of Service.

  1. Team/Slot Assignment
    Participants receive cards based on the team, player, or slot purchased. Any team or slot not purchased may be retained by KRed Cards LLC unless otherwise stated.
  2. Card Distribution
    All cards pulled during the break will go to the assigned team or slot owner. Multi-team cards will be handled using one of the following methods (as determined before or during the break):
    • Randomization
    • Majority team represented on the card
    • Split or other clearly defined method
  3. Randomization Process
    Any required randomizations will be conducted live to ensure transparency and fairness.
  4. Hit Definition
    A “hit” may include autographs, memorabilia cards, or other premium inserts, but definitions may vary by product and are not guaranteed.
  5. Unsold Teams/Slots
    Any cards pulled from unsold teams or slots remain the property of KRed Cards LLC unless otherwise announced.
  6. Shipping & Packaging
    All cards will be packaged with care. Protective materials (such as sleeves or top loaders) will be used at our discretion based on the card.
  7. Base Card Handling
    Base cards may be shipped in bulk or combined packaging to ensure efficient delivery unless otherwise specified.
  8. Break Timing
    Breaks will typically occur as scheduled but may be delayed due to product availability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  9. Customer Conduct
    We expect respectful behavior in all live streams and communications. Harassment, spam, or disruptive conduct may result in removal or refusal of future service.
  10. Agreement to Rules
    By purchasing a break spot, you acknowledge and agree to these Break Rules in full.
