Refund & Return Policy – KRed Cards LLC (TikTok Shop & E-Commerce Compliant)

KRed Cards LLC is committed to providing a transparent and compliant experience across our website and platforms, including TikTok Shop. Due to the nature of live card breaking and collectible products, the following policy applies:

  1. Final Sale Policy
    All sales are final. This includes:
    • Live break spots (team, player, or random assignments)
    • Sealed sports card products
    • Any products sold via TikTok Shop or our website

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once payment is completed.

  1. Nature of Break Products
    Break spots are considered participation in a live service event and a collectible purchase.
    • Customers receive all cards associated with their purchased team or slot
    • Specific outcomes (including players, autographs, or rare cards) are not guaranteed
    • Product contents are determined solely by the manufacturer

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with break results.

  1. TikTok Shop Order Compliance
    In accordance with TikTok Shop policies:
    • Orders are considered fulfilled once the break has been completed and items have been prepared for shipment
    • Customers agree to the terms of the break at the time of purchase
    • Chargebacks or disputes related to product outcomes (e.g., not receiving a desired card) may be denied as the service has been rendered as described
  1. Eligible Refund Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
    Refunds or replacements may be reviewed only under the following conditions:
    • Order was successfully placed but no break spot or product was provided
    • Item was not shipped within a reasonable processing timeframe
    • Incorrect item was received

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
    • KRed Cards LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
    • Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered complete

If a package is lost or delayed, customers should first contact the carrier. We will assist when possible.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives with shipping-related damage or missing items:
    • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Photo or video evidence may be required
    • All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Note: Manufacturer defects (print lines, surface issues, centering, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

    We reserve the right to deny refunds or future service in cases involving:
    • Abuse of refund or dispute systems
    • Attempted chargeback fraud
    • Violation of our Terms of Service

All transactions and live breaks are recorded for verification and dispute resolution purposes.
