What am I guaranteed to receive?

Each participant will receive all cards pulled from their purchased team or slot during the break. Please note that specific players, card types, or hit-level cards (such as autographs or rare inserts) are not guaranteed.

Are specific cards or hits guaranteed?

No. Card breaks involve sealed products, and all contents are randomly distributed by the manufacturer. Outcomes may vary, and no specific results are promised or implied.

What types of cards can I expect?

Breaks may include a mix of base cards, inserts, parallels, autographs, and other specialty cards depending on the product. Card distribution is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Do you ship all cards?

Yes, all cards pulled from your assigned team or slot will be shipped unless otherwise clearly stated prior to the break.

What happens if a card is damaged?
